RECIPE
Total Cook Time: 5 Minutes | Makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
Base -
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup water
Salt (to taste)
Cool -
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Japanese cucumber
Warm -
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Spicy -
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon of your favourite hot sauce
Sweet -
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Sour -
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
(salt to taste)
Instructions:
Soak raw cashews for 4 hours or overnight.
Drain and rinse cashews before blending.
Blend cashews with 1/2 cup of water until smooth. Add extra water a little at a time until reaching desired consistency.
With this base, stir in the different flavourings for a variety of tastes.
