RECIPE
Total Cook Time: 5 Minutes | Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
Spinach Soup (Beautiful green soup with a sprinkle of warm cumin)
1 cup water (or coconut water)
1 ½ cups spinach
1 avocado
1 stalk celery
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup dairy-free milk
Dash cumin
Carrot Soup (Tahini makes this cheerful orange soup creamy)
1 avocado
2 medium carrots chopped
¾ cup of coconut water
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons tahini
½ onion, diced
¼ lemon juice
Pinch cayenne pepper
Beet Soup (Apple cider vinegar adds a refreshing tang to this festive red soup)
1 avocado
1/2 medium beet chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Pinch cayenne
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup of water or coconut water
¼ lemon juice
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend to a smooth and creamy texture.
